8bd88 Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement for Bangladesh

1.1 Who May Use 8bd88

To register and use 8bd88, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded player currently under an active self-exclusion agreement with 8bd88.

1.2 Verification

8bd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the withdrawal stage. This may include a national ID, passport or mobile number verification via OTP. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays. Providing false or misleading verification information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 8bd88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other site or service.
• Notify 8bd88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Log out of any shared device after each session.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact 8bd88 support immediately.

2.3 Account Closure

You may close your 8bd88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via the withdrawal method you have most recently used, subject to identity verification requirements being met. 8bd88 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to 8bd88 must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 8bd88 supports the following Bangladeshi payment methods:

• 8bd88 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. 8bd88 processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• Session reminders: Receive automatic notifications when a gaming session has exceeded a set time limit.

6.1 Actions That Violate These Terms

7.1 Platform Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8.1 No Warranty

8bd88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions and third-party provider outages may occasionally affect availability. 8bd88 will not be liable for any losses arising directly or indirectly from platform unavailability, technical errors or delays in payment processing.

8.2 Extent of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if 8bd88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, 8bd88's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your current account balance at the time the claim arises.

9.1 Right to Amend

8bd88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the 8bd88 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the amended Terms take effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

10.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of 8bd88 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. By using 8bd88, you agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
